The realization of sustainable, economical solutions under conscious handling of resources for the protection of the environment is in the focus of our work. With 25 years of expertise in the development and use of innovative materials and composite materials, we are able to offer our customers the best possible solutions.

For example, we focus on environmentally conscious manufacturing processes for the benefit of employees and the environment. For our emission-optimized laminate structures, we use thermoplastic hot-melt adhesives which, unlike other common processes, can be used without solvents or material loss. We only use raw materials with LOI values > 33 that have sufficient flame retardance without additional impregnation.

A suitable selection of semi-finished products for lamination allows the individual components to be reprocessed, allowing production waste to be reduced. In principle, this also applies to the entire composite while minimizing cutting scrap.

Together with our customers, we are able to develop a closed recycling concept including the processing of the resulting recyclates.
